Our health educators will help educate and manage your diagnosis, medication, maintain your strength, mobility, prevent falls to prevent injuries, develop exercise programs, to help you stay as healthy as possible for as long as possible.
We also provide education to caregivers and adult care setting to ensure safe quality care for all older adults residents, such as proper positioning, safe transfers to prevent injury, fall prevention, environment modification and so much more.

More than one in four adults (age 65 & older) fall each year — a leading cause of fatal & nonfatal injuries among older adults.
Aging in place services : our experience therapists will come out to your primary residence and assess it to ensure you have what you need to continue to live at home/in the community safely and prevent falls. We will also provide recommendations and installments for adaptation/remodeling, medical equipments etc to make your home safe for you.
Our goal is that you will stay in your own home for as long as you want to safely. Going back home after hospitalization? we can help with that process as well.
Your safety is important to us. Our experts consists of trained therapist (OTs and PTs)
Payment Information :
We offer many payment options depending on the services rendered .
We do not accept insurance because of the restrictions insurance places on services and patients. This also allows us to fully focus on you, the client and your needs instead of insurance companies rules. There are many useful services that INSURANCE DO NOT PAY for including our services. Check your out of service benefits , you may quality.
We aim for a worry free process. Due to this reason, we only take cash, credit card and/ fsa/hsa accounts. Please check your out of network benefits as well.
For virtual services : $70 an hr ( education/consulting service)
For Home safety assessments and recommendations - $100 an hr ( it will take an hr or more to complete)
For transition, navigation and community re integration services - $85 an hr
We do ask for a 1/2 deposit prior to services rendered and full payment once completed.
